We seek to disrupt and redefine the stigma associated with mental health and provide transformative experiences, affiliation and belonging. H37P! makes these impacts through the following programming:

Join us for Intensives, Coaching, Outdoor Challenges and Community Groups

H37P! provides personal growth programs provide coaching, outdoor intensives, retreats and community groups. These programs provide insight into dealing with personal trauma and other challenging life experiences while cultivating internal resilience individually and collectively. Since COVID, our awareness for anxiety, depression, loss, and personal life traumas has grown. We seek to address the root causes of these issues.

PErsonal Growth

Join us for Workshops, Courses and Free Community Gatherings

H37P!’s offers in person and virtual courses as well as off-site courses and workshops. Our classes cultivate tools and practices that address mental health and well-being while normalizing the experience of transition age youth and adults in an ever accelerated, chaotic and volatile world. We seek to teach that “struggle is progress, progress is struggle.” In reclaiming the tension of our lives to improve ourselves, we are better equipped to utilize our experiences as a catalyst for positive change.

Education

Joins us in Advocacy, Events, the Podcast, and the Clubhouse

H37P! desires everyone to have access to this conversation and de-stigmatizing mental health no matter the level of readiness to engage. Our goal is first to “start” the conversation bringing awareness and language to these challenges while offering ideas, practices and resources to transform them. H37P!’s outreach offerings include clubhouse events, art shows, and the podcast as a way to actively promote the conversation about mental well-being and normalize the experience of mental health for a variety of populations.

Outreach

We seek to invite our communities into this conversation as a way to advocate for ourselves, and others, in a proactive and preventative approach to individual and collective well-being. We understand the more we know about ourselves, the more equipped we are to advocate for our well-being early on and with confidence. We believe the first step to building a life of well-being is to engage: Get connected, tune into a podcast, go to an event, join a group or affliation.
